OISCA International Trust

The Organization for Industrial Spiritual & Cultural Advancement - International (OISCA - International) was founded in October 1961 in Japan. OISCA came to south India in 1985. The South Indian chapter of OISCA is a registered Non Governmetnal Organisation. Since its inception the South Indian Chapter has oriented its activities to the fundamental concept of sustainable development.

OISCA SALT

As the name suggests this is a versatile training course imparting life skill training to school students. This is an extra curricular educational program conducted yearly for selected high school students. It has been devised to raise in the young minds the lofty ideals of National Integration, Communal harmony, Civic sense, environmental awareness, Road Safety measures, Commitment to the society etc.

OISCA ELECTRONICS

Electronic Training Center set up with the financial support of National Bank for Rural Development, Calicut Chapter of OISCA has given training to 98 rural poor women in the manufacture of inverters, UPS, stabilizers, CFL and Emergency lamps. Ms.Shiji V.M and Ms.Deepa Rajesh is selected from this center to undergo one year electronics training in Japan

OISCA Women's Forum

OISCA Women's Forum was formed in 1992 with the main objective to ensure participation of women in its activities. The Forum actively participates and supports the activities of OISCA and conducts seminars and workshops on various topic related to women.

OISCA Kalakshetram

OISCA Kalakshetram, a OISCA School for the fine arts holds classes on Vocals, Guitar, Flute, Organ, Classical dance, Painting, Tabala, Violin etc. The school also holds special vacation classes and stage programes to encourage children in various fields of fine arts. Classes on Handicrafts, Toys making, Fabric painting, Glass painting, Ormament designing also are conducting on holidays and vacations.

OISCA Youth Forum

OISCA Youth Forum is the vibrant youth wing of OISCA. with eco preservation and youth training as primary objectives. Members conduct and attend various training programes, camps, nature visits etc. They support the activities of the parent chapter and take active part in forestation activities.
