About Us
The Organization for Industrial Spiritual & Cultural Advancement - International (OISCA - International) was founded in October 1961 in Japan. OISCA came to south India in 1985. The South Indian chapter of OISCA is a registered Non Governmetnal Organisation. Since its inception the South Indian Chapter has oriented its activities to the fundamental concept of sustainable development.

OISCA South India was conferred with the prestigious Indira Priyadarshini Vrikshamitra Award for the year 1998.The award as a recognition to the outstanding environment related activities implemented in schools by OISCA and this award is the highest recognition to NGOs, constituted for environment activities in India, by the Government of India.
